What You’ll Do
Deliver Great Member Service: Greet members, assist with purchases, and guide them to the right products while promoting Sam’s Club’s value and services.
Maintain Safety Standards: Conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting and hazardous material procedures, and report any unsafe conditions.
Keep the Club Organized: Zone, stock, and merchandise products according to company standards — ensuring displays are clean, signed, and priced accurately.
Monitor Product Quality: Rotate stock, track expiration dates, and maintain freshness and sanitation in compliance with policies.
Support Club Pickup Orders: Select, stage, and prepare orders efficiently for member pickup.
Collaborate and Communicate: Work with managers and teammates to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and continuously improve operations.

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $18.00 – $25.00 (or higher depending on experience and location)
Additional Premiums: $0.35 – $3.00/hour in specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, season, or specialty work)
