We are seeking an Assistant Manager who is passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and customer service. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences, supporting the General Manager, and leading a motivated team to maintain our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the pub, ensuring smooth service.
Step in for the General Manager when needed, overseeing staff and customer experience.
Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
Manage customer feedback, addressing concerns and implementing improvements.
Oversee food quality, health & safety regulations, and cash handling.
Support both Front and Back of House teams during peak times.
Act as a role model for staff, providing support and development opportunities.
Who We Are Looking For
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A passion for delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Ability to handle administrative tasks, including cash management.
Knowledge of health & safety regulations.
Ambitious and keen to develop towards a General Manager position.
