Your Impact

As a Produce Associate, you will:

Greet, smile, and thank members—providing friendly, helpful service.

Keep your area clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Receive and merchandise produce efficiently to prevent shortages or waste.

Monitor freshness and quality to ensure only the best reaches our members.

Use digital tools to manage inventory, track performance, and enhance the member experience.

Follow food safety and company sanitation standards.

What You’ll Do

Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay current on product knowledge, and support other departments as needed.

Be an Expert: Know your produce—seasonality, preparation, and storage—and uphold all quality standards.

Be Tech-Savvy: Use handheld technology to make quick decisions about inventory, quality, and member service.

Be an Owner: Manage stock rotation, reduce waste, and ensure consistent product availability.

Hourly Pay Range: $18.00 – $25.00 (plus applicable shift or seasonal premiums)
