Do you enjoy staying active, organizing spaces, and helping others find what they need? As a Merchandising & Stocking Associate at Sam’s Club, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our shelves full, our aisles neat, and our members happy.

From daily essentials to special-occasion items, you’ll help members locate products and make their shopping experience seamless. Depending on your shift, you might move inventory in the backroom, unload trucks, stock shelves, or fulfill online and club pick-up orders. It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role — perfect for someone who likes to stay on the move. Unloading and organizing merchandise from delivery trucks

What You’ll Do

Provide excellent member service by greeting members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases

Guide members through self-service technologies and resolve product or service concerns

Maintain a clean and safe facility by following safety sweep procedures, proper equipment spotting, and hazardous material handling protocols

Keep the sales floor organized by zoning, stocking, pricing, signing, and arranging merchandise

Remove damaged or outdated items and ensure proper rotation of food and seasonal products

Support club pick-up operations by accurately picking and staging orders

Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while maintaining integrity in all tasks

Collaborate with managers and coworkers to prioritize tasks, track progress, and drive improvements

Pay Range

$16.00 – $23.00 per hour
Additional premiums ($0.35 – $3.00/hour) may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or role duties.

Must meet all legal working age requirements

Preferred Experience

Previous retail or merchandising experience a plus
